Our Mission:

At Silver Lining top quality care is our priority. We exclusively work with each patient and offer a number of services. Our nurses are trained professionals who are experienced in working one on one with individuals within the home setting with various medical needs. We also provide Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapy. Our certified clinicians create a individualized health plan to prevent further illness. Working closely with our Medical Social Workers we make sure to provide community resources as needed to service each patient. We love to serve our community.
